Après Liberty TV, la chaine nationale belge VT4 et la société de production Sultan Sushi nous ont sollicités pour une émission intitulée « Places under the sun ». Ce programme accompagne des acheteurs Belges dans leur processus d’acquisition d’une résidence dans notre région.
Ci-après, quelques lignes de la correspondance qui nous a été adressée (à lire en anglais).
The last couple of days we have been looking on your website for houses. We were positively surprised by the number of interesting properties your agency is offering at the moment!
But first, an introduction. We are working for a Belgian National Television Station, that is broadcasting for the 7th time the succesfull TV-program (over 300.000 viewers weekly): ‘Places under the sun’. This time we are helping out Belgians in their search for their ‘House under the Sun’.
This summer we have a couple who would like to buy a property in Carcassonne. Preferably in the region around Limoux or Mount Carignou. The program is also an ideal opportunity to reveal the beauty of your area to our Belgian viewers and to promote your region. (and your agency of course)
It would be great if we could work together with your agency for the search of the houses, and the realisation of the program.
Nous avons donc reçu la journaliste et son équipe de tournage afin de mettre en scène un couple Belge souhaitant acquérir une propriété.
Plusieurs jours de tournage ont été nécessaires pour filmer quelques propriétés avec la participation enthousiaste des vendeurs (leur premier rôle !).
Nous avons saisi cette opportunité de promotion de notre enseigne et nous attendons avec impatience la diffusion de ce film que nous ne manquerons pas de diffuser en streaming sur ce blog.
